Shipping Policy

We pack and ship orders twice a week, usually on Mondays and Fridays. All orders are sent via  Stallion Express. This third party service allows us to offer significantly discounted domestic and international shipping rates compared to standard mail service. Please select your desired shipping method carefully based on costs and timeframes, as once an order is placed we are unable to adjust the shipping method. We do not ship to Russia at this time.

All shipments are sent fully insured. In the case of lost or damaged shipments, we are only able to process a refund once the insurance claim has been completed.

It is solely the responsibility of the customer to ensure accurate and complete address information, shipments that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs. In the event of a return initiated for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, original shipping costs will not be included in the refund amount.
