Owned and operated by Julian Seth-Wong and Audrey Allen, Tonality Records was born in 2014 out of an abundance of love and appreciation for independently released music. What started out as a sparsely populated boutique carrying exclusively new vinyl along with a few pieces of vintage audio has evolved over a decade to become the indie music haven it is today.
Carrying over 5000 new and used records and operating as a full service vintage audio repair shop, Tonality is the only one of its kind in the city of Toronto with clear goals: keeping independent music alive and ensuring golden-era audio equipment is kept out of the landfill by way of meticulous restoration. The staff at Tonality pride themselves in connecting people with the right album at the right time in their lives and with the best vintage sound system.
