Repairs

We are proud to offer full-service repairs and restoration on vintage audio equipment. All repairs are backed by a 3-month warranty for the original issue.

We specialize in the repair of standalone turntables, cassette decks and 4-track recorders of any era, as well as solid-state amplifiers and receivers from the late 60's to mid-80's. We provide quotes on a first come, first served basis with a usual queue of 14-18 business days. Repair drop-offs can be completed any time during opening hours, no appointment necessary. A $50.00/unit non-refundable bench fee is charged at the time of drop-off and credited towards the final repair bill. Please feel free to contact us with any questions prior to bringing in your equipment.

We do not offer house call service or repair to the following:

• Amplifiers/Receivers newer than mid-1980s
• Console units, combo or all-in-one units
  
• Tube equipment
• CD players
• Portable cassette players
• Standalone radios
• Speakers/Headphones
• Bang & Olufsen (B&O)
• Braun
• McIntosh
• Clearaudio

Please note our official policy that all completed repairs not picked up within 3 weeks will incur storage fees. Cancelled repairs not picked up within 3 weeks will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of accordingly. We are NOT responsible for any media left inside the unit being repaired, accessories or reusable bags. Please ensure your unit is empty and free from personal belongings prior to drop-off.
