Please note that as of February 1st, 2026 we will no longer be offering free repair quotes and will be implementing a non-refundable $50.00 quote charge for all repairs.

We are proud to offer full-service repairs and restoration on vintage audio equipment manufactured from the late-60’s to mid-80’s. All repairs are backed by a 3-month warranty for the original issue.

We can accommodate equipment such as record players/turntables, stereo amplifiers & receivers, radios, cassette decks, speakers and headphones. Our quote process is available on a first come, first served basis and usually involves a wait time of 12-14 business days. Repair drop-offs can be completed any time during opening hours, no appointment necessary. Please feel free to contact us with any questions prior to bringing in your equipment, we are happy to offer an over-the-phone diagnostic process to assist in determining the source of your issue.

We do not offer house call service or repair service to Bang & Olufsen (B&O), Braun, McIntosh or console units.

Please note our official policy that all completed or cancelled repairs not picked up within 3 weeks will be considered abandoned. We are NOT responsible for any media left inside the unit being repaired, accessories or reusable bags. Please ensure your unit is empty and free from personal belongings prior to drop-off.
