RETURNS + EXCHANGES

New/sealed items (excluding cartridges & styli) may be returned for a full refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days in their original condition and with proof of purchase. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method and will be less original shipping costs if applicable. Exchange copy shipping costs, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer. Returns for new/sealed items that have been opened/are not in their original condition or returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

Used/preowned items picked up or purchased in-store can only be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days in their original condition and with proof of purchase. Any used/preowned items purchased with shipping are final sale. Cartridges & styli are final sale.

We reserve the right to inspect all returns to ensure the items are in their original condition.

Local pickup orders not retrieved within 3 months will be automatically refunded and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.


WARRANTY

New/sealed vinyl which has been opened and found to have manufacturing defects can be exchanged for a replacement copy or store credit if a replacement copy is not available.

For online orders, we are only able to offer a replacement after the defective copy has been mailed back to us at the customer's expense. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a replacement will be dispatched at no cost if available. We recommend contacting the issuing label first, as they are often able to offer a replacement copy at no cost and without the need to return the original defective item.

We provide a full warranty on all in-store used equipment purchases for 3 months. Warranties do not cover stylus damage or damage due to negligence or improper use (i.e. accidental drops, physical or liquid damage, electrical shorts occurring as a result of user error, etc.). A valid proof of purchase is required, we reserve the right to inspect all warranty claims and any claims deemed to have been caused by negligence or improper use will not be honoured. Warranties are not offered for used equipment purchased with shipping and are sold "as-is".

All sales for used equipment with user controls (i.e. buttons, knobs, sliders and switches) are covered by our "Free Cleanings for Life" policy. During your ownership of the unit, if you experience issues such as audible crackling, distortion or intermittent loss of sound from the output that are determined to be caused by dirty, carbonized or oxidized controls, simply return the unit to us and we will rectify the issue within 3 business days. This coverage is linked to the unit's serial number and can be transferred to a new owner, though we must be able to verify the original sale of the unit through our records.

For new/sealed equipment purchases that are accompanied by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer for all claims. A valid proof of purchase will often be required.

All repairs are accompanied by a 3-month warranty for the original issue. Repair warranty claims undergo thorough examination to ascertain the root cause of the problem. If it is discovered that the issue stems from factors unrelated to the initial repair, additional costs may apply.
